3 New Updates 1:30am 22/11/2025:
1. Time Schedule Update:
- 12:30-1pm – Time of Scott Pye appearance (planned, not promised)
- 1pm – Trophy presentation at Rotunda
- 1:20pm – $1,500 City Discount Tyres Prize draw
- 1:30-2pm – Photos with your trophy & JK approx
- 4pm – Approx Bump out time but may be earlier (if there has been prior day Adelaide Rally crashes/breakdowns=smaller field) or later (if there’s been in Strath accidents/breakdowns)

3. Windscreen Cover Update!
We’ve had many of you message us saying you’ve lost your Windscreen Cover, or seen the cracker weather and want to protect your dash, steering wheel & gearknob from the heat &/or represent Horsepower Crew!
GOOD NEWS! We’ve discovered a way to easily Invoice you & you can pay by card safely through Stripe, if you have paid horsepower crew for your EOI or acceptance entry previously this way!
For Saturday 22nd till 5pm, you can message us on Facebook here or contact us here, and we will have it ready to collect at bump in tomorrow as a priority service!
If you would like to pay in cash or by card in person at bump in, we can do that too! But take note that there is some limited availability of Classic Vs Modern car sizes & Black Vs White background versions.

Where do i arrive?!
Strathalbyn is designed a bit like Adelaide, it has a town square grid bordered by North-East-South-West Terraces/Parades, and you could arrive from almost any direction.
Yet on a day like a Shannons Adelaide Rally day, you could get stuck on the wrong side of road closures & have to go around the whole town!
So whichever way you come into Strathalbyn, you want to ensure you arrive on one of the four terraces/parades, with the aim to arrive at the corner of North Parade and Commercial road as our main 1st meeting point. We’ve also noted Meet point 2, you’ll know more as you read more below!
Here’s a Google Map pin to make it easy, but remember that Google may not know about the road closures! So they’re on the map below!

where am i parked?!
Unlike many other Horsepower Crew Shows, this one is a “First in Best Dressed” type bump in!
What that means:
- If you are first at Meet point 1, we will park you in the A1 & A2 Zones, if you are arrive later, you’re in the B1 & B2 Zones.
- Also, if you want you and your friends to park together, simply arrive together!
Don’t get FOMO if you’re late, the Soldiers Memorial Gardens are the most gorgeous location we have ever been at, so whatever time you come during bump in hour, you’ll get a great spot!
How it works:
Once we’ve filled A1 & A2, if you arrive at the 1st meet point at corner of North Parade & Commercial Rd, you may then be directed to go to the 2nd meet point just down a bit further at Corner of North Parade & Sunter Street, so you can access B1 & B2 zones.
Two Important Notes:
- You will be provided a ground cover for under your engine bay to protect the environment, please ensure to place it once parked and before you go to visit Shannons for your signs, City Discount Tyres for your Limited Edition Shirt & Performance P-Platers for your voucher.
- If you have a weak hand brake, please ensure to bring a couple bricks to protect your car from any rolling, as there are some areas that have some angles. Please also let HP Crew volunteers know of this when you park
What time do you need to get in? You’ll see that further below this map!
What time, where for trailer/coffee+what to do!
Good News! We’ve had a friendly arm wrestle with our mates at Shannons Adelaide Rally & got most of you a later bump in time!
That means our volunteers can use that time to chuck on our HiVis vests, test our radio’s & get into position as a team to welcome our Sponsors and trailer cars first (They need the swing room and setup time!) plus they need to get their trailers off site to make room for everyone else!
- 7am – HP Crew Volunteers
- 7:45 – 8:45am – DJ, Sponsors & Trailered Cars
- 8:45 – 9:45am – All Display vehicles:
- UPDATE PENDING: Scott Pye appearance time
- UPDATE PENDING: Trophy presentation & $1,500 Tyres Prize time
- Approx 4pm bump out time (do not move your car unless cleared by HP Crew Volunteer)

Trailer parking:
Is just a couple blocks away, a bit longer by drive during road closures, but only short walk back.
Here’s your Trailer parking Google Maps link (Note: Google may not know Road Closures)
Before taking your trailer off site, please check with a HP Crew Hi Vis Volunteer to ensure its safe, as there is a lot of other busy track testing and setting up going on at that early hour!
Map is below on how you came in, take note that you may need to go back up to your North Parade meet point (1 or 2) to then access West terrace & Ashbourne road, the Trailer parking is on the left hand side as soon as you drive in, which is in between the caravan park & the oval.
