Get ready for Adelaide’s Hottest Saturday night for Motoring Enthusiasts! Backed by Motor Traders Association (MTA) & Shannons Insurance, delivered by Horsepower Crew; this new event is unlike anything anyone has ever experienced!
What to expect!
If you haven’t been to a Horsepower Crew Festival before, you are in for a treat! We’ve been doing this for 10 years & have done over 32 festivals!
On this occasion, we’re teaming up with Motor Trade Association to celebrate their 100 year anniversary, and well as our 10 year anniversary, and the event is at MTA Training centre which is HUGE & also has a Cruise Route Loop around the whole event!
This has never been done in Adelaide before! It will be Adelaide’s Hottest Saturday night for Motoring Enthusiasts!
You’ll never know what you will see next, it could be a JDM icon like a R34 GT-R, a Monaro Monster Burnout Car, could be a sleek Exotic like a Ferrari, a Veteran, Vintage, Hot Rod; or anything in between!

Whether you have a JDM icon like a R34 GT-R, a Monaro Monster Burnout Car, could be a sleek Exotic like a Ferrari, a Veteran, Vintage, Hot Rod; or anything in between, we welcome you to participate!
- We provide all our community that enter a vehicle a Empty bag & a Map of the event upon arrival, you then visit our Sponsors on the map & they give you a gift to put in your bag! These can be worth hundreds of dollars!
Once you are done getting your gifts, you’ll visit our Horsepower Crew Store to take advantage of getting tickets into our up to $5,000 Raffle Draw, you’ll find a wide range of Exclusive merchandise, that is never available online or anywhere else!
Not only will there be cars & bikes to admire-either parked up or cruising by on our “cruise route loop”, but there will always be a range of food trucks, areas to sit, music to enjoy & activities like face painting & slot cars for kids, it’s a very affordable night out for families & all ages!

- Cruiser – Cruise the cruise route + come & go as you please, the area on the grass is unreserved for you to park up if you want to stay for a while and enjoy the show!
- Exclusive Reserved – You’ll come a little earlier than everyone else to get great photos of your car. You’ve got a Limited Edition spot on the bitumen reserved for you whenever you go on the cruise route!
- Display Experience – You’ll arrive first to set up your ride with your A-Frame, Flags, bollards & ropes so you can display your ride on the limited Concrete area which is best for photos & closed off to foot traffic only, you’ll be eligible for Trophies too!

We Know!
That we typically have 3 types of Motoring Enthusiasts, so we have designed this Festival around 3 types of Experiences for you to choose!
All Expressions of interest cost $21 & include a ticket as a person into the event, if accepted:
* as a cruiser you pay $20 for your car entry before the event
* as a reserved, you pay $30 for your car entry before the event
* as a display, you pay $40 for your car entry before the event
1: Cruisers!
Our Cruisers love flexibility, they may be fashionably late + meet mates there, or their luck might change & they can be there for the whole night with a carload of mates! Either way; they know that we provide them great value from our sponsors.
They might get a park in the Cruiser Parking area, (on the grass) or if it’s full; we have more parking next door. And if they want to spend the whole night cruising our “Cruise route loop”, you can do that too!
Cruiser Experience passes are our biggest allotment, yet there is only approx 90 car parks on the grass in the Cruiser parking Area, by expressing your interest, you get early access to the event, meaning you get to come in early and get your spot!
2: Exclusive Reserved!
Some of our Community plan ahead & love to have a Reserved Car Park (primarily on bitumen) waiting for them! They know they are going to have fun for the night with at least one mate or their partner/wife/Husband in the car, they know that we give them great value from sponsors.
Exclusive reserved need to be there 30-60mins before the public start time (4:30-5:30pm, as public opens 5:30pm), so we can help you park on a 45 degree angle, so our Community Memories (Media) team can take some cracker pics of your car-without the crowd around, that would likely feature on our Tail-End Tuesday, Front-End Friday, or Side-Shot Sunday posts on Facebook in the future!
Reserved peeps love that they can go on the “On Site Festival Cruise Loop” & have their Reserved Car Park (on Bitumen) waiting for them! The perfect blend!
Due to being 100% reserved & having an exclusive 63 car parks primarily on bitumen, these releases will be sold out quick! Get your Expression of interest in now!
3: Display Experience
Some of our Community have been on the scene for years & always have at least two mates join them, they’ve gotten to the point where they like to open their Bonnet, maybe the boot, they might display trophies/magazines in their engine bay or interior. So they appreciate that we provide them a bigger space with Bollards & ropes (for hire) around their car, to protect that paint & display, so people can admire it from a safe distance.
This Display area is all on Concrete, near sponsors & only foot traffic going by, so the pictures of them + experience viewing them is a delight.
Our Display community understand that they need to get there at 4pm-before everyone else. So they have time to set up, our media team can take pics + our sponsors & team members can start choosing their favorite choice of quality build from 5:30pm, to maybe take a trophy home as a memoir at the end of the night. They receive all value offers from sponsors, but also may receive extra Raffle tickets in our up to $5,000 draw, as they are typically the last to leave after our 8pm raffle + 8:30pm/sunset finish; after packing up.
Display Parking is static reserved-it’s our measured sponsor & trader areas, there is only ~60 spaces total, so these will move quickly, get your EOI in now!
Is my car/bike suitable?
We are a fairly collaborative & engaging bunch here at Horsepower Crew! It’s likely you are your own worst critic of your car/Bike, so check these out that our community entered into previous events to get a feel for what is entered & choose one of 3 types of experiences above to get in on the action!
