What to expect!

Held the week prior to the Australian Grand Prix, the Adelaide Motorsport Festival (AMF) is a museum in motion, displaying historic, rare and significant racing vehicles in the Adelaide Park Lands and beyond. The event is supported by the State Government of South Australia as an important part of the Malinauskas Labor Government’s Motorsport Policy.

Adelaide’s motorsport pedigree is unmatched, and the Adelaide Motorsport Festival brings together the cream of automotive history and heritage with the latest in go-fast tech, all in a picnic races setting around a section of the iconic Adelaide Grand Prix track. The Adelaide Motorsport Festival is a celebration of power, speed, courage and innovation for the whole family.

“MADMAC McLaren” is a custom 2024 drift car built by New Zealand professional drift driver Mad Mike Whiddett, a partnership with Lanzante and O’Gara Coach. It is a hybrid McLaren build combining a P1 GTR and a 650S GT3 that features a 1,000-horsepower, 20B rotary engine swap, a custom body kit, and an intricate suspension system designed for drifting, all built within 100 days at Mad Mike’s MADLAB in NZ. The car debuted at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, celebrating both Mad Mike’s work and honoring his fellow New Zealander, Bruce McLaren, both Mad Mike and MADMAC will be at AMF in 2026 & you have your chance here to have your Rotary on display there too!

“It is with great respect that our partnership with Horsepower Crew has helped us raise thousands of dollars for Variety, the Children’s Charity. The committee has allowed us to cater sausage sizzles at their events and put the spotlight on the Variety Bash, and our team. Thank you to James and his entire team for your support, friendship, professionalism and commitment to your organisation. Money we raise helps South Australian Children live, grow and strive while being sick, disabled and disadvantaged
