Get ready for Adelaide’s Hottest Saturday night for Motoring Enthusiasts! Backed by Motor Traders Association (MTA) & Shannons Insurance, delivered by Horsepower Crew; this new event is unlike anything anyone has ever experienced!
What to expect!
If you haven’t been to a Horsepower Crew Festival before, you are in for a treat! We’ve been doing this for 10 years & have done over 32 festivals!
On this occasion, we’re teaming up with Motor Trade Association to celebrate their 100 year anniversary, and well as our 10 year anniversary, and the event is at MTA Training centre which is HUGE & also has a Cruise Route Loop around the whole event!
This has never been done in Adelaide before! It will be Adelaide’s Hottest Saturday night for Motoring Enthusiasts!
You’ll never know what you will see next, it could be a JDM icon like a R34 GT-R, a Monaro Monster Burnout Car, could be a sleek Exotic like a Ferrari, a Veteran, Vintage, Hot Rod; or anything in between!
FAST FAQ's!
Not only will there be cars & bikes to admire of all types of horsepower-either parked up or cruising by on our “cruise route loop”, but there will always be a range of food trucks, areas to sit, music to enjoy & activities like face painting & slot cars for kids, it’s a very affordable night out for families & all ages!
Simply Choose one of the 3 types of enthusiast you are below & Express your interest!
Each type only costs $21 to Express your interest (EOI) & gives you a pass to enter as a person into the event if accepted or not!
- Cruiser – Cruise the cruise route + come & go as you please, the area on the grass is unreserved for you to park up if you want to stay for a while and enjoy the show! Pre-registration means you get to come just before public and get the full lowdown on what’s going on! ($20 if EOI accepted)
- Exclusive Reserved – You’ll come a little earlier than everyone else to get great photos of your car. You’ve got a Limited Edition spot on the bitumen reserved for you whenever you go on the cruise route & come back to it! ($30 cost if EOI accepted)
- Display Experience – You’ll arrive first to set up your ride with your A-Frame, Flags, bollards & ropes so you can display your ride on the limited Concrete area which is best for photos & closed off to foot traffic only-so no cruising, but you’ll be eligible for Trophies too! ($40 if EOI accepted)

EOI stands for Expression of Interest, this means exactly that; you are expressing your interest in having your ride on display within one of 3 event areas.
Why? We are expecting a large response of EOI’s and will do our best to accommodate entries, the earlier you get it in, the best chance you have, as EOI’s may close without notice.
The $21 EOI cost is a Admin fee & is not refundable, yet it does include a ticket as a person to enter the event!
If your EOI is accepted, a further fee (As Cruiser/Reserved or Display) confirms your chance to get the best spot on the day at the MTA & Cruise the Cruise route loop! You may receive a trophy or even receive extra gifts from our sponsors!

Whilst there are trophies for our Display Experience entrants, It’s not about competition, It’s about Community Connection & Celebration!
Our trophies are not about who has the best build, it comes to celebrating the faves from our team & our sponsors!

- We provide all our community that enter a vehicle a Empty bag & a Map of the event upon arrival, you then visit our Sponsors on the map & they give you a gift to put in your bag! These can be worth hundreds of dollars!
Once you are done getting your gifts, you’ll visit our Horsepower Crew Store to take advantage of getting tickets into our up to $5,000 Raffle Draw, you’ll find a wide range of Exclusive merchandise, that is never available online or anywhere else!
Which Experience?!
We know that we typically have 3 types of Motoring Enthusiasts, so we have designed this Festival around 3 types of Experiences for you to choose!
All Expressions of interest cost $21 & include a ticket as a person into the event if accepted or not available!
If Accepted:
* As a Cruiser you pay $20 for your car entry before the event, early access to cruise route loop + unreserved parking
* As a Reserved, you pay $30 for your car entry before the event, early access/best pics & Cruise route access with a park waiting for your return.
* As a Display, you pay $40 for your car entry before the event, earliest access/best pics in a foot traffic only + Trophy eligibility.
If Not Available:
* Due to being too late, you’ll still get a ticket as a person into the event, and you’ll go onto a cancellation list.

EOI in 2 steps!
- Once you have submitted your details below, you will pay $21 Admin fee for your EOI – Expression of Interest & receive an email that says we received it + a copy of the information you sent, this is not an acceptance to have your car in the event area.
- Later, (Early Jan) if you receive an email or SMS from HP-CREW saying that your EOI has been confirmed, you will then pay your fee for your event space Display by a secret link, plus any options; and bring your ride to the event to cruise, reserve &/or display!
if EOI NOT Confirmed
Your ride EOI will be added to a cancellation list for the experience type, so you may be in luck-just your EOI in early!
Note: $21 EOI Admin fee is non-refundable, as we give you a ticket as a person to enter the event, regardless if EOI Accepted or not.
