The origin of our name is to unite all types of motoring enthusiasts, so it doesn’t matter if you have a Holden or a Ford, Fiat or Ferrari, we all have oil pumping through our veins!

Horsepower Crew has been South Australia’s Motoring Enthusiast Community organisation for 10 years, we’ve done over 30 Festivals in SA across numerous locations. We’re celebrating our anniversary + MTA – Motor Trade Association’s 100 Year anniversary! At our event called Summertime Motor Meet!

You’re either promoting giveaways of tickets or you are a trader giving value to your staff customers/followers to serve/attend, so this is secret page just for the representative of that promotor or Trader to use. **DO NOT GIVE THIS LINK OUT TO OTHERS**

This page of our website is only publicised to a certain selection of promotors & businesses
As per your notice:
- 1 ticket per person, limited to the amount that has been agreed with Horsepower Crew.
- Photo of the person must be within each registration
- Registrations close 31/12/2025
Any registrations that are more than maximum agreed, are not from a nominated business, do not have a unique photo that matches the submission, do not have a correct and unique name per registration, address, correct email and correct mobile phone number or submitted after 31/12/2025 will not be validated/issued, and no correspondence required.
You will find your way to register at the bottom of this webpage, take note that you will need to submit 1 per person/refresh the page for each entry.
Take note!
- Any submissions for numerous of the same name, email address, phone number and address will not be issued, every submission must be a unique person & ID can be checked at gate to match, if not matched, entry can be refused.
- If you are registering for other people that won/are in your business, you will need their own email address and phone number correctly input, and do it once for each person (refresh the page to refresh the form for each registration)
- If you have a child without a email address or phone number, please ensure their name is unique on your registration with the adult accompanying email/phone details & submit one after the other. Photo can be of the Adult. This can be checked at gate on day.
- Tickets are not sellable, refundable or exchanged for any value, as this is local engagement initiative for the persons in nearby homes and businesses to enjoy.
- We’re required to track the amount of people within the site area, if you are a trader, the expectation is for you to have your ticket scanned when you arrive, well before the public arrive.
- All entries accept our Ticket Terms & Conditions of entry
- Biggest tip we can give you, make sure the name email address & phone number anyone provided you was in writing/copy & pasted or checked.
FAST FAQ's!
Valid Registration Tickets will be issued to email addresses approx 1st to 15th January, date/timestamps will be updated on this secret page for you or they to search your inbox & spam folders for “TryBooking” at that date and time for your tickets. Ensure your email address is correct before submitting!
If your ticket was issued (ie published on this page list) and you cannot locate your ticket when at gate, you can provide your name & we will check off our ticket database, take note that ID may be required to match your registration record.
