You're Promoting / trading / Supporting!
You’re either promoting, a trader giving value to your staff customers/followers to serve/attend, or supporting this community event! So this is secret page just for the representative of that promotor, Trader or supporter to use.

This secret page of our website is only provided to a certain selection of promotors, businesses & supporters, under these conditions:
- 1 ticket per unique person, limited to the amount that has been agreed with Horsepower Crew.
- Photo of the person that matches details must be within each registration
- Registrations close 30/06/2026
Any registrations that are more than maximum agreed, are not from a nominated business, do not have a unique photo that matches the submission, do not have a correct and unique name per registration, address, correct email and correct mobile phone number or submitted after 30/06/2026 will not be validated/issued, and no correspondence required.
You will find your way to register at the bottom of this webpage, take note that you will need to submit 1 per person/refresh the page for each entry.
IMPORTANT notes!
- Any submissions for numerous of the same name, email address, phone number and address will not be issued, every submission must be a unique person & ID can be checked at gate to match, if not matched, entry can be refused.
- If you are registering for other people that won/are in your business, you will need their own email address and phone number correctly input, and do it once for each person (refresh the page to refresh the form for each registration)
- If you have a child without a email address or phone number, please ensure their name is unique on your registration with the adult accompanying email/phone details & submit seperate ticket requests one after the other by refreshing this page. Photo can be of the Adult on both. This can be checked at gate on day.
- Tickets are not sellable, refundable or exchanged for any value whatsoever, as this is Sponsor or promotion initiative specifically for the person sought registration for.
- For everyones safety, we’re required to track the amount of people within the festival, if you are a trader, the expectation is for you/your staff to have your ticket scanned when you arrive, well before the public arrive. All other ticket types will be turned away until 4pm.
- All entries accept our Ticket Terms & Conditions of entry
- Biggest tip we can give you to make life easy, is make sure the name, email address & phone number anyone provided you was in writing/copy & pasted or double checked!
FAST FAQ's!
Valid Tickets will be issued to email addresses approx 1st to 15th July,
Simply search the inbox & spam folders for the email address used for the word “TryBooking” around that date range for your tickets. Ensure the email address is correct before submitting!
If your ticket was issued and you cannot locate your ticket when at gate, you can provide your name & we will check off our ticket database, take note that ID may be required to match your registration record.
