- Two Extra Entries added to PDF versions of lists, this means that cars 2-9 have changed one lower number. 9 is now 8, 8 is now 7 etc.
- Regretfully it may not be a Monster Truck in the 2nd photoshoot area, however Daniel / Dee Bee Images will take an incredible shot!
- Adam from Rum City Photography is now not able to attend due to work, Rhys Fisher from RF Snaps will now do your Iconic Sheep Shed shot!

- 9:50 (approx) Horsepower Bump out (once Adelaide Showgrounds give approval)
We live in strange times!
Hasn’t the last 2 years been a confusing and strange time to be alive! Worldwide pandemics certainly have changed how we interact and gather. Fortunate for you, we are still in the game, cranking out the memory making machine that we love doing! It’s actually a miracle to put a festival on these days!
So the good thing is, there is NO Vaccination requirements at this show. So no matter if you are on the first, the second, had a boost or nothing at all, WE ARE ALL here to enjoy the show together as a community!
As part of the Covid Management Plan approved by SA Health, there is a requirement to wear a mask in all parts of the venue, even if they are outdoors. The only times that you are not wearing a mask is whilst eating & drinking, or have an excemption/under 12 years of age.

Like JK Said, Saturday will likely be only ONE of TWO days this year that we sell merchandise, AND WE WILL ONLY BE OPEN FOR YOU 1:30-3PM

Please note that some NEW Items such as Drink Bottles and DryFit Polo Shirts will also be available, and not all stock lines may be available due to global supply issues. Simply, the earlier you bump in, the earlier you are at the store & you get more availability than the rest!

Photoshoot/bump in map:
As JK’s mentioned in the video, here is the bump in map. Please note the GREEN Square at bottom of map is the Leader street entry point, you will then turn left following the green arrows, you will then stop at the RED STARS for your THREE photoshoot locations.
Please note that there will NOT be Green arrow or Red star signs there on the day, you will need to follow the last car/use this map, your sight and intuition as guidance! Print it & bring it, or be green & read from the screen!
- Star 1 is Sheep Shed-Rum City Photography,
- Star 2 is Monster Truck-Dee Bee Images,
- Star 3 is Ferris Wheel OR Presidents office-Full Boost Photography
- Look out for Ben from Planecar Photography (Tall Fella, did our event poster photo this year, loves a GR Yaris!)
- Look out for Rhys from RF Snaps (Top lad young fella! Gets out to heaps of shows and meets in the last year!)
Please note that the “Car display area” on the green square of this map is not relevant, we are parking all cars either side of the 3rd star on this map, see Horsepower Position Map further below for more detail.
How should i display my car?
In most display areas, in particular the Atrium, in front of Atrium & Numbers 1-13, doors shut. You are welcome to open windows, but if you have pillar-less doors and a windscreen cover, it wont stay on unless your window is up!
There are some big dollar engine bays & boots, some of them engineered; some not. If yours is modified & isn’t engineered, you might want to keep em shut. You never know who is taking a photo and where they work or who they know, then you get a letter in the post and no more rego until inspection. It happens unfortunately.
If you have a Horsepower Crew Windscreen Cover from a previous show, don’t forget to pack it with your chair and esky; there is only a limited amount that we have on sale. They also show up best in photos when your bonnet is down, or maybe half way, just make sure your bonnet is 100% secure if its open half or full.

This is the current Horsepower Position map of where you will be parked, please note, this is only a guide – subject to change (Just like JK said! Things can change!)
Feel free to remember your number and tell the team members what number and where you are, feel free to print these maps and have them ready!
ALL CARS – ONCE IN – DO NOT LEAVE THE SHOWGROUNDS WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A HC TEAM MEMBER FIRST!!
YOUR WRISTBANDS ARE ONLY ALLOCATED BETWEEN 1:30 & 3pm, if you leave and do not return before 4:15pm, you will NOT be given access back in until 10pm! – NOT FUN!!!
After 4:30pm if you leave, you will need to ask WESLO Security for a STAMP OUT – AS YOUR WRISTBAND ALONE WILL NOT GET YOU BACK IN until 10pm – NOT IDEAL!!
Cars 14-30 PLEASE NOTE that you are in a special area & photoshoots also happen in this area during bump in, we may need you to park in another waiting area until all photoshoots are done at approx 3/3:30, so we can then help place you into your show position. PLEASE ENSURE TO FOLLOW HC TEAM INSTRUCTIONS, they may need your phone number or for you to stay with your car for a little while, or move it a couple times. They just want to help YOU!

Reserved Area access/location for HC:
Photo of Reserved Area ramp Entrance below, this is the THIRD and final entry point on the eastern concourse (as per maps) Please follow the bitumen area around the OUTSIDE of the Stadium to find this entry point and show your wristband for access.(There will likely be a separate queue for Horsepower Crew Community) Photo of reserved area below. Please note that the Small Hut and the few rows in front will be reserved for Horsepower Crew Volunteer Team members, look for signs that say Reserved for Horsepower Crew Community to set up your own chair/pillows and small esky.
