What’s happening at What time?:
Saturday 25th March: (Chrome Bumper – 70’s and older main display)
- 6:30-7:30am Horsepower Bump in (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- 7:30-8am – Go see your Traders for your free gifts & stamp your sheet, then redeem at Horsepower Crew for special offer!
- 8:00am Gates open (To Public) & Racing Entertainment Starts, go get dibs on the biggest free grandstand!
- 9:30am Photoshoot draw at DJ (if you are not there, you will not win, we will re-draw)
- 3pm Trophy presentations at DJ (Please ensure you are there, we want to ensure you get it!)
- 5-5:30pm on track for photoshoot cars (Await for HC Volunteers to guide you) then leave latest of 7:20pm
- 5-5:30pm Horsepower Bump out (Once Adelaide Motorsport Festival/HC Team give approval/guide you)
Sunday 26th March: (Modern Machines from 80’s/90’s and Beyond)

How should i display my car?
As per your entry form doors shut if your windscreen cover needs to go in window pillar. Otherwise doors open is ok in most areas where cars are parked on angles
Use common sense; if your door can touch another car near you at full swing, don’t leave it open, random winds happen, then insurance claims happen too.
You are welcome to open windows, but if you have pillar-less doors and a windscreen cover, it wont stay on unless your window is up!
Boots are welcome to be open to show off installs, if you have any items that are light, please ensure they are weighed down.
If you have flags, no star droppers, no sand or water filled weights, only solid weights around 20kg+-depending on size, get permission from HC+your neighbors
If you have trophies on display in your car or in your engine bay, we cannot watch them all day, and we cannot be held responsible if they go missing.
Preferably doors unlocked in case the judges need to take a closer look, if you feel uncomfortable with this, certainly lock it; and we can call you for access.
There are some big dollar engine bays & boots, some of them engineered; some not. If yours is modified & isn’t engineered, you might want to keep em shut.
You never know who is taking a photo and where they work or who they know, then you get a letter in the post and no more rego until inspection. It happens unfortunately.
If you have a Horsepower Crew Windscreen Cover from a previous show, don’t forget to pack it with your chair/esky/sunscreen; there is only a limited amount that we have on sale. They also show up best in photos when your bonnet is down, or maybe up half way, just make sure your bonnet is 100% secure if its open half or full.

No other State in Australia or really the southern hemisphere has an event of this kind! And you get to be part of it!

Getting around AMF:
Vic park is sizeable! if you look out for the 4 seater Golf Buggys, you can make a donation to our friends at Breakthrough Mental Health Research to hitch a ride!
Please note that Horsepower Crew is always finding a way to donate to charity + look after our team members, we also have made a donation to Breakthrough Mental Health Research & will have a 2 seater ute style Golf buggy, this is mainly used for operations like taking our team members drinks, sunscreen & food, checking in on taking breaks, and getting team members + items around areas of AMF for more operation reasons, for your ultimate Experience.

ALL CARS – ONCE IN – DO NOT LEAVE VIC PARK WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A HC TEAM MEMBER FIRST!!
YOUR WRISTBANDS ARE ONLY ALLOCATED BETWEEN 6:30am & 7:30am when you bump in
PLEASE ENSURE TO FOLLOW HC TEAM INSTRUCTIONS, they may need your phone number or for you to stay with your car for a little while, or move it a couple times. They just want to help YOU!
As JK Said – Please do not go back and forth to your car/over the ropes several times, then spectators think they can do the same! Then your car could have Buckles/buttons/bags/zips/prams/strollers damage your car, then all our effort in providing this to you, goes to an enormous waste! (Certainly go back to your boot to get refreshments/snacks, but don’t stand & socialise with others in there is what we are saying)
There is an area E Exception:
Area E has an exception, thanks to our Sponsor ULX110, they wanted to support one group of 8 cars as a surprise each day, they have kindly donated their marquee, and we have placed this in the middle behind all the cars in Area E with a small walkway in. On this occasion we had the SS Owners Club of SA + the Drag Racing fraternity with their street cars-Racing ONN Promotions & Bergamin Brothers Racing, able to enjoy this; after attending several Horsepower Crew shows that were in much hotter weather than this weekend, and rain on occasions too. We love that this has occurred and will be looking to do this for more Car clubs and ungrouped entrants in future years to have another space in our event to get away from all the entertainment.
Get some Shade & food!:
We are also seeking to create a couple marquee spaces for our community to get shade in our central food court area & are bringing a multitude of milk crates to sit on and enjoy drinks from our bar and Yiros, please ensure to drink responsibly at this event, some areas are licenced.

Tickets/Gate Access:
Please note that we do NOT provide tickets to the event. Why: We have posted them before by Aust Post, even Express Post, then they get lost in the mail, get forgotten at home on the day, fly out the window on the highway etc. Then we still revert to the same community lists that we always had anyway to let you in.
You & your registered passengers will be provided your wristbands when you bump in, if you do not put them on; and you leave the gate, you will not be allowed back in until the end of the day when the event is over. Not fun, put them on when you get them/before you get out of the car.

Remember how we said on your entry form that Esky is to be kept in your closed boot, no alcohol & no glass, but foldout chairs welcome, yep we read T&C’s!
On Track Photoshoot Conditions: (Saturday Entrants)
As per your entry form, we have been told that we can only have 22 cars on track, and we will draw these at 9:30am at the DJ
The cars nearest the Horsepower Crew marquee will go out on track first, this is as these are our photographers and team members doing test photos to perfect them for you, then wait for a horsepower crew team member to ask you to form up towards the marquee, this will happen sometime between 5 & 5:30pm
- Your first Photoshoot area will be the Iconic Hairpin done by Lukee from Multiframe Media!

- The Photo will look a million times better than this Test shot we took weeks ago when Adelaide 500 finally packed up
- Your 2nd Photoshoot will be by Cooper from CJC Photography

- Your 3rd photoshoot will be a Group shot by ALL 3 of our photographers
- This will also include Ben from Planecar Photography, who will be doing on track freestyle photography

- Then Sunset is at 7:21pm, if we have done well on time at this point, we will exercise Coopers fingers on the camera some more
- At SENNA CHICANE to see if we can get you all to have shots like the one from your entry form, like this!
- Once you have had your shot here, please move SLOWLY towards the Team member waiting for you ahead, we will group up in 4 cars at a time
- To escort you out of the track of the event at a easy pace, to ensure you have had a memorable day and safe exit.
- DO NOT let your enthusiasm get the better of you, if you do something silly like a burnout, skid, donut etc. you will have a LIFE BAN from not only Horsepower Crew & Adelaide Motorsport Festival future events, this also goes for other events connected such as Adelaide Rally and other related events too; not fun!
Hot Lap Conditions: (Sunday entrants)

- If you DO NOT WANT to win this prize and you HAVE put your height and weight on your form, please Message us NOW to take you out of the draw.
- If you have some Health Conditions that may put you at risk; and you want us to remove you from the draw, Message us NOW
- If you are NOT at the DJ at 9:30 on Sunday, and we draw your name, Then we will REDRAW to give it to someone else.
- If you DO NOT want to sign a Motorsport Australia disclaimer/wear a helmet etc, Message us now to take you out of the draw

Tip: Bring a pair of pants in your boot if you are wearing shorts, if you need a long sleeve, we have plenty at our HC store for these occasions.
Bump out:
Will be approximately 5-5:30 each day, please ensure that you are cleared by a Horsepower Crew team member to move your car, the same way you came in; and PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF WHERE SPECTATORS AND SMALL CHILDREN ARE, driving pace is walking pace!

All our photographers spend so much time editing your photos, long after you have gone to bed most nights after the event, they do their best to have them out within 2 weeks of the event. which is impressive when they take hundreds of snaps, and sometimes spend 20mins on each pic editing!
Please be patient whilst they master the craft of your image to ensure that it captures a memory that you could hold for years to come. And if you want to have it blown up into a print to hang on your wall in your pool room/shed/where ever, flick them a message to access it as soon as you see it or if you are keen on it; as they love serving our community, and seeing the images appreciated by many; but they don’t keep the HI RES images forever.

Why? We are always messaged by people a few days after the event; saying that they didn’t see any of our weekly Tail end Tuesday, Front End Friday, Where is JK Saturday posts, and multiple livestream posts over 10 weeks of promotions, and we feel like we let them down in not reaching them.
Quite simply, “if you see us in your newsfeed, hit a like/love or comment on it, or you wont see us in your newsfeed”, then you become that person that missed out.
