What’s happening at What time?:

7am to 8:10am Bump in for ALL Cars in ALL themed areas

If you arrive after this time, your entry will be invalid

Mazda Display-Saturday 16th March: 

• Look for your email from AMF from Monday 11th March in your SPAM or promotions inbox in relation to your designated area to meet for your Mazda Tour – ARRIVE 10mins before the time, JK will meet you at that designated spot ON TIME and will take you for the TOUR. Please do not call JK at that time, look at the map provided by AMF & organise to be with other Mazda owners to find the locations together.

Nissan & Datsun Display-Sunday 17th March: 

• You will have your photoshoots as you arrive between 7am and 8am, you will drive as instructed between the 2x R32 GTR’s and Daniel from DeeBee Photography will take your shot of your car with them. Photo should be available within a week, and will be published on facebook for you to enjoy, if you want a Hi resolution, please contact DeeBee Photography

How should i display my car?

As per your entry form doors shut if your windscreen cover needs to go in window pillar. Otherwise doors open is ok in most areas where cars are parked on angles

Use common sense; if your door can touch another car near you at full swing, don’t leave it open, random winds happen, then insurance claims happen too.

You are welcome to open windows, but if you have pillar-less doors and a windscreen cover, it wont stay on unless your window is up!

Boots are welcome to be open to show off installs, if you have any items that are light, please ensure they are weighed down.

If you have flags, no star droppers, no sand or water filled weights, only solid weights around 20kg+-depending on size, get permission from HC volunteers + your neighbors

If you have trophies on display in your car or in your engine bay, we cannot watch them all day, and we cannot be held responsible if they go missing.

Preferably doors locked (in the case TrackFest judges need to take a closer look-we can call you for access).

There are some big dollar engine bays & boots, some of them engineered; some not. If yours is modified & isn’t engineered, you might want to keep it shut. 

You never know who is taking a photo and where they work or who they know, then you get a letter in the post and no more rego until inspection. It happens unfortunately.Your ride, your call.

If you have a Horsepower Crew Windscreen Cover from a previous show, don’t forget to pack it with your chair/esky/sunscreen; there is only a limited amount that we have on sale.

They also show up best in photos when your bonnet is down, or maybe up half way, just make sure your bonnet is 100% secure if its open half or full.

ALL CARS – ONCE IN – DO NOT LEAVE VIC PARK WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A HC TEAM MEMBER FIRST!! YOUR WRISTBANDS ARE ONLY ALLOCATED BETWEEN 7am & 8:10am when you bump in PLEASE ENSURE TO FOLLOW HC TEAM INSTRUCTIONS, they may need your phone number or for you to stay with your car for a little while, or move it a couple times. They just want to help YOU! As JK Said – Please do not go back and forth to your car/over the ropes several times, then spectators think they can do the same! Then your car could have Buckles/buttons/bags/zips/prams/strollers damage your car, then all our effort in providing this to you, goes to an enormous waste! (Certainly go back to your boot to get refreshments/snacks, but don’t stand & socialise with others in there is what we are saying)

TrackFest! Chillout Zones!:

Thanks to our Sponsors ULX110 & SS Owners Club, they have kindly donated their marquees, and we have placed this in the middle behind all the cars in Area B & C with a small walkway in. All TrackFest Entrants able to enjoy this shade; We love that this has occurred and will be looking to do this for more Car clubs and ungrouped entrants in future years to have another space in our event to get away from all the entertainment.

More entertainment & Prizes!:

• All entrants from ALL Display Areas are able to see Shannons to get a Quote on your Hot Ride, Daily Ride, Home & Contents or Landlords insurance cover, to see if you can get a 10% Multi Policy Discount + if you have a CAMS / Motorsport Australia License, you get an extra 10% off on top! Then you would also go in the draw to win a USA Supercars experience PLUS a Indian Motorcycle! Do this when you visit them in the morning with your stamp sheet!

Tickets/Gate Access:

All Mazda and Nissan/Datsun Entrants have a letter/ticket that will be scanned at the gate, you will also be on a list to verify this. Please show this to Security if you leave the gate by foot during the day.

Please note that we do NOT provide tickets for TrackFest entrants. Why: We have posted them before by Aust Post, even Express Post, then they get lost in the mail, get forgotten at home on the day, fly out the window on the highway etc. Then we still revert to the same community lists that we always had anyway to let you in.  You & your registered passengers will be provided your wristbands when you bump in, if you do not put them on; and you leave the gate, you will not be allowed back in until the end of the day when the event is over. Not fun, put them on when you get them/before you get out of the car. Your Terms & conditions of entry to this event that you accept by entering the gate, are available by clicking here Remember how we said on your entry form that Esky is to be kept in your closed boot, no alcohol & no glass, but foldout chairs welcome, yep we read T&C’s!
