Why's it called Wintertime Snow & Shine?

If you haven’t been to a Horsepower Crew Wintertime Snow & Shine Festival before, you are in for a treat!

– Instead of a “All Holden Day” or “All JDM Day”, we unite the wide range of our communities rides in colour themes! Think Winter Blues, Snow White, Dark Night (Black), Cloudy Grey (+Silver Lining), Shannons (Green!) and all the colours of the Fireplace! (Red, Yellow, Maroon, Browns!) 

Between all the colour themes.. You’ll never know what you will see next, it could be a JDM icon like a R34 GT-R, a Monaro Monster Burnout Car, could be a sleek Exotic like a Ferrari, a Veteran/Vintage, Hot Rod; or anything in between!

What is an EOI & Why?

EOI stands for Expression of Interest, this means exactly that; you are expressing your  interest in having your ride on display indoor, undercover or within the event area.

Why? We had 350 cars last time in 2020, and now that we have secured it again; there may be a lot more demand/less space.

Why? There will be both national and local small businesses + Charitable causes amongst all the cars on display to connect with and support! (They will give you gifts worth hundreds of value too! See below!)

It’s really a unreal automotive community experience that has become a South Aussie best kept secret, back after 6 years at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Multi-Deck Car park! This location access doesn’t happen often & may never happen again! Don’t miss it!

What's an eoi?

If i get a EOI confirmation email, does that mean me and my car are in the show?
  1. Once you have submitted your details below, you will pay ~$20 for your EOI – Expression of Interest (which includes a discounted ticket as a person). You’ll immediately receive an email that says we got it+a copy of the information you sent, this is not an acceptance to have your car inside the event area, nor full payment for a vehicle space.
  2. Later, if you receive an email/SMS saying that your EOI has been confirmed, you will receive that ticket as a person – closer to the event. (May/June)
  3. You’ll then pay either $20 (as a bike) or $40 (as a car) for your Indoor/undercover/event space Display by a secret link, and bring your ride to the event to display, (spectators in your car also need tix) you’ll also get hundreds of dollars of gifts by visiting our sponsors! See the 2025 list below as an example!

What you get! (if EOI NOT Confirmed)

What if i get an email saying there wasn't enough room for my ride?

You still get a Ticket to attend the event as a spectator! (Same $19 Early Bird value! No Brainer!)

This would be emailed to you in early to mid may – closer to the event.

In addition, your ride EOI will be added to a cancellation list for the ride displays, so you may be in luck-but get your EOI in early!

You’ll do 3 quick laps of our new fun & informative Race style EOI form below – It tells you all you need to know as you go!

Lap 1 – About you

Lap 2 – About your Ride

Lap 3 – About the Festival

(Things like if you get your EOI in EARLY, You have a better chance to get a indoor/undercover/event area ride on display spot!)

Then you’re on to your Podium to finish!

What do i need to get ready?

Ready to race your EOI entry in? You need 3 things!
1 – Using iPhone/Laptop/PC, or if on Samsung/Android – Using a Google style browser (Like a car’s computer tune in a race!)

2 – Some GREAT pics of your ride, on this device you are using;  (Like fuel in a car to race!)

3 – Your credit card or bank app ready (Like the resources of a support team to race!)
