The origin of our name is to unite all types of motoring enthusiasts, so it doesn’t matter if you have a Holden or a Ford, Fiat or Ferrari, we all have oil pumping through our veins!
We unite our community, small businesses & charities online + in person to make positive impacts, memories & everlasting relationships!

Horsepower Crew has been South Australia’s Motoring Enthusiast Community organisation for 10 years, we’ve done over 30 Festivals in SA across numerous locations. We’re celebrating our anniversary + MTA – Motor Trade Association’s 100 Year anniversary! At our event called Summertime Motor Meet!
You Could get Exclusive access!
For only MTA staff, apprentices or trainers, you have the opportunity exclusively to have your car on display in the Auditorium or the EV/HV/LV Technology Centre for the event! This is NOT Open to others! Seriously Exclusive!!

Horsepower Crew’s Media team will also be in the area, they’ll be looking for opportunities to take pics of people that are in MTA gear that are talking about their rides in the Auditorium or the EV/HV/LV Technology Centre with the Motoring Enthusiast Community with your ride nearby (or more likely pics of your car!), these pics will look INCREDIBLE! A rare opportunity!

This page of our website is only publicised to MTA staff, Trainers & Apprentices
If accepted, simple guide:
- 1 ticket per person + up to 4 more tickets for your family/friends
- Bring your car on the Friday 4-5pm to choose best spots & locked up ready, or Sat between 1-2pm to fill in last spots. (There’s only 16 TOTAL!)
- Event doesn’t run itself, expectation is to be sharing space with other MTA staff/trainers/apprentices in the EV/LV/HV Tech Centre to not only connect with community and share your passion about your ride, but also keep an eye out to help anyone unsuspecting public that aren’t in an area that they shouldn’t be!
- Registrations close 31/12/2025
Any registrations that come in after 31/12/2025 or are over 16 will have an email from Horsepower Crew &/or Jaydeen before 15/01/2025
If you have more than one car that you would like to display, we welcome this, in this scenario, if both accepted:
- Fill in this form twice, one for each car.
- Plan to bring one on Friday and one on Saturday.
- You can have someone else you trust to leave with one of your cars on Sat night or pick it up on Monday.
You will find your way to register at the bottom of this webpage, take note that you will need pics of your ride to attach from the device/laptop you’re using.

- Tickets are not sellable, refundable or exchanged for any value, as this is an MTA Staff/Trainer/Apprentice engagement initiative for you to get exclusive use of the indoor areas of this event, represent MTA & your ride, your story in person.
- All entries accept our Ticket Terms & Conditions of entry
- Biggest tip we can give you, make sure the name email address & phone number is copy & pasted or checked, we can’t contact you if they’re wrong!
FAST FAQ's!
Valid Registration Tickets will be issued to email addresses approx 1st to 15th January, date/timestamps will be updated on this secret page for you or they to search your inbox & spam folders for “TryBooking” at that date and time for your tickets. Ensure your email address & phone number are correct before submitting below!
If your ticket was issued (ie published on this page list) and you cannot locate your ticket when at gate, you can provide your name & we will check off our ticket database, take note that ID may be required to match your registration record.
